We want you to feel at home with every Kurinam piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.



Returns

We offer a 7-day return window, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, with all tags and protective packaging intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Because our pieces are handcrafted, subtle variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and part of the charm of artisan work. These are not considered defects.

To start a return, email us at support@kurinam.com with your order number and details.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are not eligible for store credit.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your item.

 


 

Store Credit

All approved returns are issued as store credit only, delivered as a digital gift card that never expires.

Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect your return.

Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our site and is our way of ensuring you get something you truly love.

 


 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us within 7 days if:

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • There is a major defect

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right — whether that means a replacement, a new shipment, or store credit.

 


 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable or consumable goods (tea, honey, or food items)

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “final sale”

If you’re unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please reach out before purchasing or initiating a return.

 


 

Exchanges

While we do not offer direct exchanges, you may return your item for store credit, and then place a new order for the item you prefer.
