30-Day Return Window

We accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• Unwashed
• Free of wear, stains, or damage
• Packaged with all original tags, cards, and protective wrapping
• Returned in the original box or equivalent secure packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: Because our pieces are handcrafted, subtle variations in color, texture, and finish are normal and part of the character of artisan-made goods. These variations are not considered defects.

Holiday Returns

Holiday purchases made between October 19 and December 24, 2026 are returnable for store credit until January 15, 2027. All other conditions on this page still apply.

How to Start a Return

Email support@kurinam.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you’d like to return
• A brief explanation so we can support you better

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll send a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions for sending your item back.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
• Original shipping fees are not eligible for store credit.

This allows us to keep our pricing fair and sustainable for a small-batch business.

Store Credit

All approved returns are issued as store credit only, delivered as a digital gift card that never expires.

Store credit is issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

This ensures you’re able to choose something you truly love, especially as our artisan inventory is limited and replenished in small batches.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the item and its packaging, if:

• Your item arrived damaged
• You received the wrong item
• There is a major defect

We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right, whether that means a replacement, a new shipment, or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and sustainability, certain items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Any item marked “final sale” at the time of purchase

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item, please return your item for store credit and place a new order.
